Yusuke Watanabe grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this EULA.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party.
This license is effective until terminated by either you or Yusuke Watanabe. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Yusuke Watanabe if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
The Software utilizes artificial intelligence to generate information or feedback. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the AI, there might be instances where the information is inaccurate or not reflective of real-world situations. Yusuke Watanabe is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided by the AI.
In no event shall Yusuke Watanabe be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your access or use or inability to access or use the Software.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Yusuke Watanabe reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. You are responsible for checking this EULA periodically for changes.
The Software may collect certain non-personal data, which does not enable Yusuke Watanabe to identify you. The collected data will be used solely for analytical purposes.
